Vitruvian Building was established in 2006.

By this time, Managing Director Claude Romano had already spent 20 years as a craftsman to some of Perths most distinguished luxury home Builders and also working on some of our city's most iconic custom homes.

The first decade of Vitruvian Building has helped this family operated company to establish a solid reputation for its' integrity, tenacity and meticulous attention to detail'.

As our business has grown, so has the amount of happy and satisfied clientle and families we have exclusively built homes for.

We are proud of the result we can achieve as home builders, and in the same way.., we frequently communicate and are happy to work relentlessly for our clients and provide a service like no other ensuring your building experience always runs smoothly.

Most commonly recognised, is the famous image drawn by Leonardo Da Vinci, 'The Vitruvian Man' , however the inspiration behind our name came from the realisation that the first ever documented architect of Rome, was a master craftsman and a master builder of his time..,' Vitruvius '.

The ideas and philosophies brought to life by him within the industry are an inspiration around the entire world today to all architects and builders throughout all types of construction.

Vitruvian builds with passion and excitement.., and our goal from the very beginning is to build you an excellent home, on time and within budget.

We understand the need to have good communication and work closely with you throughout the entire building process and offer a true personal service making ourselves directly accessible and always available to you. Your ideas are as important to us as they are to you.

Contact us today to arrange a time to meet to discuss your plans, concepts, building your home or investment and discover for yourself the difference...

' A structure must serve a purpose, be built to last, and be equally as important... beautiful'.

Utilitas, Firmitas, Venustas...'
